We are committed to continually developing our equipment range to stay at the forefront of technology and keep pace with new market developments. We are searching for focused and passionate individuals to join our team. If you are driven to help build this vision, we would love to hear from you.
With huge enthusiasm and burn, the founder started working to build a 2-axis cutting table. With past experience & skills in general mechanical engineering and embedded systems, the motion governing parts were his main focus to check opportunities and feasibility for further research.
2014 : After bringing a team and establishment in Tinkerers Lab,
IIT Bombay, we explored manufacturing processes, motion mechanization and CNC by designing & building machine prototypes from scratch and testing them iteratively to improve further. These initial prototypes helped produce significant knowledge and related resources on developing moving gantry machinery. When we started, all we knew about the industry was that "Due to immense capability and performance, CNC's have become an integral part of the manufacturing field at all levels. With the rapid growth of manufacturing sector in India, CNC machines were still imported where difficulty exists in both buying and after-sale phase.
2015 : Domain study and discussions with progressive people in the industry helped get a glance of steel fabrication industry. An untouched segment in India for digital fabrication. Steel fabrication was once very simple when demands were just cut-to-length and drilling operations. Saws & hydraulic pressing stuff is still in the game, and we looked for improvement opportunities to increase both shop-floor efficiency and capabilities. After listing the key problems and requirements, we started setting objectives and moving towards them.
2016 : The team has successfully developed a working prototype of square tube profiling machine in Tinkerers lab, IIT Bombay. Currently the team is using the setup both as a test bed to carry out cutting process parameters, accuracy, motion experiments and also to correct fabrication, design or assembly errors. The complete project was self funded and costed around Rs 5,00,000. With the aim to solve real-life problems, we have stepped forward to conceptualize, design and build structural steel processing equipment. To solve some of the growth inhibiting problems in industry.
