ALUMINIUM PROFILE FABRICATION

This machine can produce parts like mid clamps, end clamps, t-nuts brackets, supports used in solar industry as fitting accessories. This machine can cut, punch, drill, tap all in one machine that is fully programmable CNC automated.

MULTI STATION PUNCHING

Automatic solar panel frame punching that includes long rail, short rail and many hole features like holes, slots, lancing & stamping all in one machine on a single button click. The rails act as outer frame of a PV module.

PIPE PUNCHING MACHINE

Hollow Pipe Solar CHS SHS ​mounting structures punched without any distortion or collapsing of the pipe. Long purlins & roll formed profiles can be punched using this fully programmable CNC machine. This unit comes in 3mtr and 6mtr models.

ALUMINIUM PROFILE CUTTING LINE

This automatic machine uses a CNC positioner and a TCT blade cutter to cut precise pieces of various types of Aluminium profiles. Both straight and miter cuts can be made. Machine has auto clamping, dust collection and mist spray features to perform non stop operation.

GROUND SCREW WELDING MACHINE

MS Strip is coiled around a round pipe and simultaneously MIG welded at a specified feed rate to produce ground screws for solar industry. Machine is fully programmable including feed, rotation speed, welding wire feeding.

These units can automatically punch, drill & cut long pieces of structural profiles without moving the material throughout the shop-floor onto dedicated machinery. Incorporating an fully programmable CNC motion control for positioning, movable & selectable punches, drill heads, stamping/ marking units along with sawing or shear cut station for cutting the parts at the required length.
