Capable of producing ready to weld parts in a uni-step process, these units can save clients hours of additional fabrication work, resulting in a reduction of manufacturing cost and time. Cutting is done using plasma or oxy-fuel methods to perform end-to-end fabrication on round & square tubes, pipes, roll-formed channels etc.
CUTTING CAPABILITIES : o Unlike simple cut-to-length, complex end-cuts like notches, saddles for precise geometric fits can be made. ( intersection cuts for welding) o In the same setup, internal features like holes and slots of any size/shape can be made without changing tools & die. |
Capable of (pre-processing of steel strip) making complex and irregular internal cut patterns like holes, at very high speeds on a continuous steel coils. This cutting unit can be added to any existing roll-forming line to perform secondary operations at line speeds near to maximum rolling speed.
